Practical Health Strategies is a lifestyle health and wellness program centered on the value of health and optimization of the health-related quality of life with a special emphasis on the role of the circadian rhythm and sleep.

The program evolved from Dr. Dawkins' thirty-plus years of experience delivering a lifestyle health message within the setting of accredited, full-service sleep centers and wellness presentations. The recommendations are based on recognized up-to-date scientific evidence and clinical guidelines published in peer reviewed journals. The program is appropriate for a medically recommended Therapeutic Lifestyle Intervention as described in American College of Lifestyle Medicine guidelines.

When published, the flexible, self-paced comprehensive program will be offered exclusively as multimodal print and online components. The program will take a practical, no-nonsense approach to optimize your health while acknowledging the lifestyle limits and demands you face.
